McFarland USA 2015

Plot: Jim White a school football coach at odds with the system and players takes up as an assistant football coach at McFarland. White finds the potential for cross country in few students at the school. He gets interested in building up a cross country team but has to adjust his ways to suit the system. White and his team overcomes poverty personal turmoil and gets to the pinnacle of success.

Outline: Jim White moves his family after losing his last job as a football coach. He sees that some of the students are worth starting a cross country team and turns 7 students with no hope into one of the best cross country teams.
